Build a brand system with Claude or ChatGPT, one decision at a time
Ten chained prompts take you from positioning to a one-page brand guideline. Every colour, size and logo rule ends up in one file you own.
The problem
- Your brand grew by accident. Three versions of the same green, a logo from years ago, a font nobody chose on purpose. Each new flyer or page makes it a little less consistent.
- "Make it on-brand" means nothing when nobody wrote the brand down. Freelancers, staff and AI assistants guess, and each one guesses differently.
- AI tools give you the same generic look as everyone else. Ask for "a modern brand" and you get the average answer, because the tool had nothing specific to work from.

Who it's for
- Small-business owners who want a brand that holds together across website, packaging and social posts.
- Marketers and freelancers who are asked to keep things on-brand and need the rules written down.
- Small agencies that want a repeatable structure for brand projects, with written criteria to review against.
- Anyone already using Claude or ChatGPT who wants brand work that is specific to them, not generic.
It is not a logo generator, a legal clearance service or an ad-creative pack. The guide explains where you need a designer, a printer or a trademark professional.
How it works
- Decide who you are. Prompts 01–02 turn your answers into a brief, a position and a voice, with success criteria you can check.
- Choose how you look. Prompts 03–06 explore three real directions and pick one against your criteria. They build the palette, the type and the logo concepts, with checks at every step.
- Write it down once, use it everywhere. Prompts 07–10 put every value into one token file, then build your web direction, templates and a one-page guideline from it.
FAQ
Do I need design experience? No. The guide explains each step in plain language, and every prompt includes the checks a designer would run. Where a step needs a professional (a final vector logo, a trademark search, a printer's proof), the guide says so.
Does it work with both Claude and ChatGPT? Yes. The prompts are plain text and use no special features. They work in the normal chat window of either assistant, and in other capable chat assistants.
Will it make my logo? It writes logo concept briefs and prompts for rough symbol sketches, plus the tests the logo must pass. The final logo should be drawn as vector artwork by a person. The guide explains why.
I already have a logo and colours. Is this still useful? Yes. You list what must stay as fixed elements, and every prompt carries them forward unchanged. The pack builds a system around what you have.
Will this increase my sales? We make no promises about sales or business results. The pack gives you a clear, consistent, documented brand system. What it does for your business depends on far more than the brand.
Can I use it for client work? The standard licence covers one business: yours. If you want to use the pack on client projects or across a team, ask about the agency licence.
