Build an AI presenter for your ads, test it properly, and label it every time.

A step-by-step guide and 12 chained prompts for Claude or ChatGPT. From character sheet to tested 9:16 ad, with disclosure built in at every step.

The problem

  • You need more video ads than you can film. No creator budget, no studio, and no wish to be on camera every week.
  • AI ad tools make it easy to cut corners. A quick AI "customer" talking about your product looks convenient. It is a fake testimonial, and it puts your brand at risk.
  • Most AI ads look and sound generic. The face changes from clip to clip, the script could be for any brand, and one character run on its own tells you nothing.

What's inside

The guide (guide.md, delivered as a PDF)

  • Who this is for, and who it is not for
  • How to use the pack, step by step, with a "which prompt when" table
  • The method in plain language, and the reason behind each step
  • A mandatory chapter on disclosure and compliance: AI labels, no fake testimonials, no expert personas, human review, platform AI labels, the EU AI Act transparency duty, sponsorship disclosure
  • A fictional worked example, from brief to hook tests
  • Checklists for every stage, common mistakes, and a one-page quick start

12 chained prompts (prompts/ folder). The output of one is the input of the next.

  1. 01-brand-and-audience-brief.md — your product, buyer, proof and banned words on one page
  2. 02-character-sheet.md — one AI presenter: look, voice, values, boundaries
  3. 03-three-test-characters.md — three clearly different presenters for a fair test
  4. 04-reference-image-prompts.md — plain anchor images that keep each face consistent
  5. 05-scene-image-prompts.md — your real settings and real product, demonstrations only
  6. 06-ad-scripts-brand-voice.md — 20–40 second scripts in six fixed blocks
  7. 07-claims-and-disclosure-check.md — a line-by-line check before anything is produced
  8. 08-voice-direction.md — a voice description and read-ready scripts
  9. 09-video-shot-list-9x16.md — clip prompts and an edit plan for vertical video
  10. 10-captions-labels-disclosure.md — captions, on-video AI label, captions with disclosure
  11. 11-test-plan-and-winner-pick.md — a test plan before launch, a plain verdict after
  12. 12-hook-variants-for-scaling.md — new openings for the winning ad

The licence (LICENSE.md) — what you may and may not do with the prompts.

Who it's for

  • Small-brand owners who sell a real product and want video ads without filming themselves
  • In-house marketers who need a documented, repeatable process for AI-presenter ads
  • Small agencies making short-form ads for clients, who want honest AI ads with a review step
  • Anyone who already uses Claude or ChatGPT and is willing to use an image, voice and video tool alongside it

Not for anyone who wants an AI face to pass as a real customer, or who needs an AI "expert" for health, finance or other professional claims.

How it works

  1. Define. Write your brief and build three AI presenters with clear boundaries: no fake testimonials, no expert claims, always labelled.
  2. Produce. Create consistent images, scripts in your brand voice, voice, 9:16 video and captions. Every script passes a claims and disclosure check and a human review before production.
  3. Test. Run the three presenters side by side under the same conditions, pick the winner by a measure you chose in advance, then test new hooks on the winner.

FAQ

Do I need to know how to use AI tools already? You need to be comfortable with Claude or ChatGPT. The guide explains the other tool categories (image, voice, video, editor) and gives examples. We do not sell or recommend specific paid plans, and there are no affiliate links.

Which tools do I need? A chat assistant (Claude or ChatGPT), an image model, a voice model, a video model and a simple video editor. The guide names examples in each category. Tool features and terms change often, so check them before you use them for commercial ads.

Will this get me sales? We do not promise sales, income or any return on ad spend. The pack gives you a disciplined way to make, label and test ad creatives. How the market responds depends on your product, offer and audience.

Is it legal to use an AI presenter in ads? In many markets it can be, if you disclose it clearly and do not mislead. The pack's compliance chapter covers AI labels, fake-testimonial rules, platform AI-content labels and the EU AI Act transparency duty, with links to the sources. It is not legal advice. Check the current rules for your country and platforms, and get legal review if you are in a regulated industry.

Can I use it for health, supplement or finance products? Not for advice or expert-style ads. The pack's rules forbid expert personas and health or professional claims. If your ad depends on such a claim, you need a real qualified person and a compliance review.

Can I use it for client work? The standard licence covers one business. If you are an agency or team making ads for several businesses, ask about the agency licence.
